The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is a Commonwealth-funded program that provides access to up to $1000 in benefits over two consecutive calendar years, covering most basic general dental services for children.

Am I eligible for the Child Dental Benefit Schedule?

To receive the CDBS your child must be:

• 2 to 17 years old for at least 1 day that year
• eligible for Medicare
