Dental crowns are one of the most accessible options when it comes to restoring your smile.

What Happens During Initial Consultation?

The procedure is usually completed in two visits. During the initial visit, we will examine your tooth, take x-rays and digital images, and understand the gravity of the issue.

The images and x-rays will help us to assess your tooth roots as well as the surrounding bones and confirm the bone quality to support the prosthetic. Based on your tooth condition, we may trim and reshape your tooth to make the fitting seamless.

We will also take a mould of your infected tooth to prepare the crown at our lab. If your tooth is too weak, we will place a temporary until your custom prosthetic is ready at our clinic.

It usually takes 2-3 weeks to prepare at our dental lab.

What Is The Procedure Of Getting a Crown?

After your crown is ready, we will schedule another dental visit for you. Our dentist will remove the temporary crown from your tooth and place the new one. We will check and ensure that the prosthesis is precisely fitting in the row by shape, size, and colour.

Once you are satisfied with the new crown, we will cement it to give you permanent results. In many cases, we may make minor trimming or adjustment to your tooth to make the prosthesis fit perfectly.
